Two Rules to Qualify the Best Entry Pattern

Two Rules to Qualify the Best Entry Pattern

These markets continue to trade sideways within ranges going into Wednesday’s session, which tells me to buy low, sell high, and focus on failures…

But which entry pattern works best in these types of range-bound markets?  The key is to understand two important rules to qualify the best set-up, are you ready?  Let’s go…

Can Oil Finally Get Off the $50?

Crude Oil is bearish and back inside the range from yesterday, so the plan stays very similar; buying low, selling high, and focusing on fading breakouts with failure patterns…

How do you know which entry pattern to choose?  Make sure you follow the two rules outlined in tonight’s video!

E-Mini Pendulum Swing in Play…

E-Mini S&P is bearish as it pulls back off today’s new all-time highs, and since there’s a range on the chart tonight, the pendulum-swing tells me to anticipate another leg lower before I start looking for buy setups going back up to re-test the highs…

And if we don’t get the pullback, then what?  I’ll be looking for entries using seller-failure patterns just below the range lows.

Can Nasdaq Re-Test Today’s High?

Nasdaq is bearish after a strong 123-reversal off today’s high, but we’re trading just below today’s range, which isn’t a very reliable place to start selling, not to mention, this “smells” like an opportunity for buyers to re-load again for a re-test of the high…

But how can I buy a market that’s so bearish in the short term?  I need to wait for a “nested” failure set-up, or wait for price to get back inside the range and look for buy setups just below the range lows using seller-failures…

Is This Bull Run Over for Gold?

Gold is bearish and sitting inside the range from earlier this morning, which tells me to buy low, sell high, and avoid the middle of the range on Wednesday…

So if price tries to go higher, I’m selling with a buyer-failure pattern, and if price goes lower I’m buying with a “nested” seller-failure pattern…

How do I know which entry pattern to choose on Gold?  It all boils down to the two rules we discuss in tonight’s newsletter video.
