Parabolic Markets & Four Reliable Entry Patterns

Parabolic Markets, Four Reliable Entries

We’re back in the action once again after a restful holiday break, and with a short week ahead of us, we know there’s no time to waste on Wednesday morning…

The bulls have control of our favorite markets tonight; with Crude Oil and the Emini’s trying to re-test their highs, and Gold traders waiting for one of four reliable set-ups after it went “parabolic” this afternoon – are you ready?  Let’s go!

Oils Bulls Would Love a Pullback…

Crude Oil is bullish and trying to re-test yesterday’s high, but the bulls are running out of “open space” overhead, telling me to wait patiently for a pullback…

Knowing this, I’m looking to buy a “seller failure” pattern off the low of a new hidden-channel with a target back up to re-test the high.

Can the E-Mini ES Break Free of This Range?

E-Mini S&P is range-bound with a bull bias, which tells me to buy low, sell high, and avoid the middle of the range tomorrow morning…

And since the momentum is in favor for the bulls, I’m looking to buy the range lows using a seller-failure pattern or trade the breakout with a 123-Breakout.

Nasdaq Bulls Can Smell Fresh All-Time Highs…

Nasdaq is bullish and trying to re-test the holiday session highs, which means my plan is to look for buy setups using reliable support levels on Wednesday morning…

Knowing this, I’d love to buy a pullback off the low of the new hidden-channel, or wait for a bear-trap if the market starts going sideways…

Gold Went Parabolic, Is It Too Late to Buy Now?

Gold is bullish with a strong, parabolic move higher this afternoon, which tells me to stay patient for one of four different entry set-ups on Wednesday…

The most common situation after this type of parabolic move is a range-bound market, which would tell me to look for buy setups using seller-failures below the range…

We may also see a bull flag coming down off the high, but don’t let the bear channel fool you into getting short off the high, because once the sellers commit to their positions, buyers (like me) will be looking for ways to buy into their stops.
