Day Trading with ergonomic computer workstation desk and chair

Hi Guys,

One of the most important tools I use each day in my trading isnt a chart, or an indicator…its the chair I sit in and the desk I use.

Here are some options for day traders looking for the best office furniture to day trade with:

Desk:

The desk needs to have an adjustable height, a rounded edge to the surface, and should have an adjustable keyboard tray to give you flexible options for the height of your keyboard and monitors.

Chair:
The chair needs to have an adjustable seat, provide lower lumbar support for your back, and have a ‘mesh’ (breathable) fabric on the back to make it last longer.  The adjustable height can help you make sure you have the correct ‘ergonomic’ day trading position.

How do you set them up?
