·       US Non-Farm Payroll News has been delayed due to the Govt Shutdown, no word on when this news will be released
·       Bank of Japan leaves its monetary policy un-changed
·       Traders in the US prepare for a very light economic calendar, which will likely mute the Friday trading session
·       E-Mini S&P +.25%
·       Crude Oil +.25%
·       Euro -.25%

Economic News on the schedule today:
The September employment report is out and the results are: "Not Available." What will be available are a host of Fed speakers who are certain to address the topic of the budget standoff and who may all address whether it means an extension or even an acceleration of quantitative easing.
